phelas was born 2020 by energy experts with one mission: make renewable energy a no-brainer.
Focusing on energy storage, we quickly realized something: renwable energy project planners were stuck navigating a mess of market complexity and tech overload. So we set out to fix that—by making clean energy simple, scalable, and smart. So you can build winning energy projects and make this planet a better place. One project at a time.

Liquid Air Energy Storage
phelas Aurora is a completely new thermodynamic storage system, that builds on the principles of Liquid Air Energy Storage (LAES). We use the strengths of LAES (no harmful materials, reliable components with high technological maturity), and adapt that to energy storage requirements.

Roger Lammin
Roger is a renowned manufacturing expert with over 40 years of experience at SpaceX, BMW, and Nestlé. As Senior Director at SpaceX, he led the production of key Falcon 9 components and optimized manufacturing processes using Lean Six Sigma.
Dr. Sharon Shacham
Dr. Sharon Shacham is a serial entrepreneur and inventor in biotech and climate tech, best known for founding Karyopharm Therapeutics and developing the globally approved cancer drug XPOVIO®. Now CEO and partner at E44 Ventures, she brings her leadership and scientific expertise to drive sustainable technology innovation.
