1. Official Communication: Our company will only communicate through our official email addresses ending in @phelas.com and through our hiring tool “Wrike”. We will never use free email services such as Gmail, Yahoo, or Hotmail to contact you.
2. Application Process: All job applications must be submitted through our official career page on our website. We do not conduct hiring through social media platforms, instant messaging apps, or by phone. Specifically, we were made aware of fake TikTok Videos that mention and advertise jobs with phelas – we never use this channel.
   
3. Personal Information: Be cautious if you are asked to provide personal or financial information early in the recruitment process. Legitimate companies do not require sensitive personal details until a formal job offer has been made and accepted.
4. Fees and Payments: We will never ask you to pay any fees for job applications, training materials, or equipment. Any request for payment or financial information is a red flag for fraud.
5. Verification: If you receive a suspicious email or message claiming to be from our company, verify its authenticity by contacting us directly through our official contact information listed on our website.
