Board Members

Roger Lammin

Renowned manufacturing leader with over 40 years of experience driving manufacturing innovation across SpaceX, BMW and Nestlé. Roger has led transformative production strategies, including spearheading the manufacturing of major subassemblies for the Falcon 9 rocket as a Senior Director, such as thrust structures, COPVs, and reusability systems. As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, he has refined production methodologies to streamline processes and enhance productivity.

Sharon Shacham

Serial entrepreneur and inventor in biotech and climate tech, founded Karyopharm Therapeutics, where she developed the cancer drug XPOVIO®, approved globally. As President and CSO, Sharon led over 400 employees. Awarded as "Inventor of the Year" in 2019, she was also an EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2020 finalist. Formerly Senior VP at Epix Pharmaceuticals, she oversaw drug development. Now CEO and partner at E44 Ventures, she focuses on sustainable technology. Dr. Shacham holds a BS, PhD, and MBA from Tel Aviv University.
