As our allround marketeer, no day will look the same for you at phelas. Your job mission is to support phelas internally with all the Marketing Communication tools and voice the phelas brand to the outside. You will own and manage our social media channels and will create various marketing materials. Situated within the Business Development team, you will work closely with sales and Market intelligence in helping them translate the phelas story to the right content, visual or other form.

Aurora, our containerized Liquid Air Energy Storage (LAES) solution, is designed to reshape the energy storage landscape. Meanwhile, Catalyst, our trailblazing energy storage and green hydrogen planning tool, is streamlining the pathway to efficient, sustainable energy planning. Together, these solutions are igniting the transition to continuous, 24/7 renewable power, and you can be part of this exciting journey.

• Be responsible for the further development of the social media strategy.
• Analyze social media metrics to optimize content and improve reach and interaction.
• Support and take the initiative in creating different marketing materials, e.g. brochures, blog posts, copy, visuals, slides our any type of communication for the departments within phelas.
• Manage and implement various marketing campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
• Own the phelas “brand”, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and visual identity in all communications.
• Oversee the maintenance and further development of Phelas’ website, using WordPress, to ensure a user-friendly and up-to-date online presence.

• You know how to use tools in the Adobe Creative cloud, at least Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• You have the ability to prepare complex content in a way that is appropriate for the target group and have a good feel for language, text and images.
• You independently set up and manage projects to improve the marketing department. For example related to content, socials or brand management.
• You are comfortable working with various internal and external stakeholders, and have strong communication skills.
• You combine inventiveness and creativity with a structured, independent and goal-oriented way of working.
